Job summary

Daisy is seeking a hands-on performance marketer to scale paid acquisition and optimize the customer journey from first click to signed customer. You will run Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads, build an experimentation framework, and apply AI-driven workflows to drive growth nationwide.

Bring at least 7+ years of hands-on paid media experience, deep expertise with Meta and Google Ads, and proficiency in HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience managing large paid media budgets.
• Deep expertise in Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads, plus high proficiency in HubSpot.
• Strong experimental and statistical judgment with extensive A/B testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads from strategy to optimization.
• Build a disciplined experimentation program with hypotheses, baselines, metrics, and guardrails.
• Turn insights into creative, data-driven campaigns and scale successful concepts.
• Connect marketing to business outcomes by collaborating with sales on lead quality and pipeline.
• Make HubSpot a reliable growth foundation with segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, and attribution.
• Use AI to analyze data, automate reporting, and implement scalable campaigns.
