Solomon Page is seeking a Director of Marketing in New York City to lead the global marketing function across brand, demand generation, product marketing, content, digital, events, and business development support. This strategic, hands-on role reports to the CEO and operates in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in B2B marketing, a builder mindset, practical AI fluency, and a track record of delivering integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant B2B marketing, communications, or business development experience in financial services or related industries.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial/tech concepts into clear messaging.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a company-wide marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives and division priorities across three business units.
• Lead the full marketing function spanning brand, demand gen, product marketing, content, digital, events, and business development support.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive market visibility, client engagement, and revenue growth.
• Establish marketing priorities, processes, reporting structures, and future team needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage a small team and external partners including agencies and vendors.
