Job summary

You will drive growth, client coverage, and product design as a unified team, pricing assets with Finance and Risk while reducing CAC and churn.

The role demands a decade of senior leadership in digital banking or fintech, with hands-on crypto experience and proven P&L ownership across diversified products and geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior leadership in digital banking, fintech, or payments.
• Crypto-native with hands-on experience and Customer P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer P&L across retail and institutional, driving LTV:CAC, approved-to-paid, and churn.
• Lead Growth, Client Coverage, Mission PMs, and Product Design as one team.
• Grow assets through balance-sheet products priced with Finance and Risk.
• Win the right members and retain them by owning CAC and client coverage.
