Talos is seeking a Sales Lead/Director for its p(X) liquidity provision business to drive counterparty acquisition, onboarding, and revenue growth. You will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, build strategic relationships, and work closely with Trading to optimize onboarding and pricing workflows.

The ideal candidate brings 7-10+ years in institutional trading sales, a crypto network, and a proven track record of hitting goals.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10+ years in institutional trading sales with revenue-carrying responsibility
• Strong background in institutional capital markets with demonstrable sales achievements
• Existing crypto network or prior experience growing a book of business in the ecosystem
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a track record of hitting or exceeding goals
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making
• High sense of urgency, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to operate autonomously

Aufgaben

• Source, pitch, and close new counterparties (retail brokers, fintechs, funds, neobanks)
• Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting → negotiation → onboarding → activation
• Expand our network of trading counterparties and products throughout 2027
• Build and maintain long-term strategic counterparty relationships
• Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales and activation targets
• Partner closely with Trading on onboarding, pricing, connectivity, and workflow improvements
• Analyze market opportunities, track pipeline status, and produce clear sales reporting
