Job summary

X4 Technology is seeking a CEO for a fast-scaling digital asset payments bank. This remote, UK/Europe-based role will report to regulators, banking partners, and investors, guiding the company from scale-up to institutional-grade.

You will lead a six-person C-suite, shape licensing and regulatory strategy, and drive global banking relationships while steering the digital asset and stablecoin agenda.

Qualifications

• Executive-level leadership experience in regulated financial services
• Proven track record with regulators, banking partners and investors
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and digital assets markets

Responsibilities

• Own the regulatory and licensing strategy as the business scales internationally
• Lead and hold accountable a six-person C-suite
• Build banking, payments and financial institution relationships globally
• Drive the digital asset and stablecoin strategy across OTC markets
• Collaborate with the CFO on strategy
