Job summary

Xapo Bank, a regulated digital bank, seeks a senior leader to own the Customer P&L across retail and institutional segments in a crypto-enabled, global context. You will drive growth, client coverage, and product design as a unified team, pricing assets with Finance and Risk while reducing CAC and churn.

The role demands a decade of senior leadership in digital banking or fintech, with hands-on crypto experience and proven P&L ownership across diversified products and geographies.
