Talos, a leader in institutional digital asset trading technology, is hiring a Sales Lead/Director for its p(X) liquidity provision business. You will own counterparty acquisition, onboarding, and revenue growth, building strong relationships and closing deals to support a fast-scaling pipeline.

The ideal candidate brings 7-10+ years in institutional trading sales, exceptional communication, and a proven record of hitting targets in crypto or traditional capital markets.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in institutional trading sales with revenue responsibility
• Strong background in capital markets with sales achievements
• Crypto network or experience growing a book in the ecosystem
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a track record
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Data-driven prioritization and decision-making
• High sense of urgency and entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

• Source, pitch, and close new counterparties (retail brokers, fintechs, funds, neobanks)
• Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting → negotiation → onboarding → activation
• Expand our network of trading counterparties and products throughout 2027
• Build and maintain long-term strategic counterparty relationships
• Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales and activation targets.
• Partner closely with Trading on onboarding, pricing, connectivity, and workflow improvements
• Analyze market opportunities, track pipeline status, and produce clear sales reporting
