The CEO will serve as ambassador to American supporters, partner with Israeli leadership, and drive strategic fundraising initiatives, including planned giving and modern donor stewardship.

• Strategic and entrepreneurial leadership.
• Credibility, presence, and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to Jerusalem and cultural fluency across Israeli and American contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising in the United States and diversify the donor base.
• Engage Board and donors, guiding strategy, fundraising priorities, and metrics.
• Strengthen external relations, visibility, and partnerships to expand support.
• Collaborate with Jerusalem leadership to coordinate donor relations and impact reporting.
