Job summary

BidMachine Exchange, a fast-growing global programmatic exchange, seeks a Head of Exchange Product & Operations to own commercial and operational performance. You will manage top publisher and demand-partner relationships and shape the product vision with hands-on coding or AI-assisted work.

You will run operations above margins, set priorities, and build automation. Strong data analysis and AI experience are essential to optimize spend, profit, and efficiency in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Has scaled a successful exchange and can speak to revenue/gross profit growth.
• Hand-on ability to write and execute product specs, including code or AI-assisted coding.
• Strong communicator, credible with C-level leaders at large publishers and demand partners.
• Demonstrated AI experience with practical workflows and measurable results in the last 12 months.
• Strong data analysis capability; can pull and interrogate exchange performance data by partner.
• Still hungry after success; curious and resilient in changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the top exchange relationships with publishers and demand partners.
• Run exchange operations above agreed gross-profit margins and grow profit quarter over quarter.
• Set priorities for projects to move exchange performance and redirect team effort accordingly.
• Write the exchange product vision and execute on it, including hands-on contributions.
• Test and improve auction components, automating where possible and applying learnings.
• Collaborate with exchange leadership to support demand and exchange initiatives.
