Placements24 is seeking a Crypto Exchange Operations Manager for a rapidly expanding cryptocurrency exchange platform. The role focuses on ensuring smooth, secure day-to-day operations including trading systems, customer support, compliance, and risk management.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement policies, monitor liquidity and activity, and collaborate with technology to deliver system enhancements while ensuring regulatory adherence globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in operations management, preferably fintech.
• Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges or digital asset platforms preferred.
• Strong understanding of trading mechanisms, market dynamics, and risk management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial services and cryptocurrency.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily exchange operations, ensuring uptime of trading systems.
• Coordinate teams for customer support, risk, and compliance.
• Implement policies to maintain security and regulatory adherence.
• Monitor market activity, trading volumes, and liquidity.
• Develop onboarding processes for new users and deposits/withdrawals.
• Work with tech to implement system enhancements and new features.
• Provide operational reports to senior management.
