Regal Rexnord is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise RBS to lead the go-forward RBS strategy, governance, and the enterprise-wide operating system development for a global workforce of about 30,000 associates. This leader will own the enterprise architecture, maturity models, standards, governance cadence, and enablement engine, shaping how RBS evolves across functions and regions.

The role drives Strategy Deployment via Hoshin Kanri, supports learning and enablement, and leads three RBS

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 10+ years in senior leadership with enterprise transformation.
• Demonstrated ownership of an enterprise business system or operating model.

Responsabilidades

• Own the enterprise RBS framework including standards, tools, and governance cadence.
• Lead Strategy Deployment using Hoshin Kanri to translate strategy into objectives and tactics.
• Drive adoption, training, and learning across corporate functions and segments.
• Partner with Segment RBS leaders to align standards and roadmaps with business needs.
• Manage enterprise performance metrics, risk, and countermeasures.
• Oversee the governance rhythm: maturation reviews, plan of record reviews, adoption tracking.
