Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Director of RBS to drive the rollout of the Regal Rexnord Business System across the Linear Motion Division. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, build capability, and align projects with strategic priorities while partnering with LMD and AMC teams.

The role requires strong lean leadership, advanced degrees preferred, and 50–75% travel domestically and internationally to sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Advanced degree preferred (MS Engineering, MBA).
• 8-10 years experience across Continuous Improvement, Business Systems, or Operations.
• Familiarity with Policy Deployment and CI tools; proficient in Kaizen facilitation.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable tactics and lead complex projects.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Champion Lean philosophy and deployment across functions and sites.
• Develop and drive the divisional CI roadmap aligned to site plans.
• Lead complex, multi-faceted problem solving with data-driven analyses.
• Coach and mentor CI leaders; build a bench of RBS tool champions.
• Connect operational improvements to financial outcomes (Revenue, Cost, Margin).
• Lead annual X-Matrix creation and deployment plan through charters and action plans.
