Responsibilities

• Own Layer's security strategy and risk program across product and corporate systems.
• Define and improve the technical security posture across GCP environments and SDLC.
• Protect PHI and customer data with robust data protection controls.
• Build detection, incident response, and security operations capabilities.
• Own corporate security including IAM, endpoints, and device management.
• Strengthen human security posture with ongoing awareness training and phishing simulations.
• Collaborate with the Chief Privacy Officer on risk planning.
