Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems.
• Supervise engineers and maintenance staff, including hiring and coaching.
• Create and update preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance plans.
• Lead client and property team communications and manage the engineering budget.
• Direct contractors and monitor performance; respond to emergencies and service calls.
