Ideal candidate has 5+ years in facility operations, strong leadership, and experience with CMMS and MS Office. On-site Weston, FL location with standard weekday hours and after-hours rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in facility operations and leadership required.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Candidate should read and understand manuals and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operation of building systems (fire, HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Develop preventive and reliability maintenance plans.
• Ensure safety training and regulatory compliance.
• Manage contractor activities and PM programs.
• Support capital planning and project execution.
