Job summary

Fluidstack is building generation-scale infrastructure for AI compute in the United States. The Production Lead will own the production system behind how Fluidstack builds generation, from module fabrication through field energization, as one standard set of work instructions repeated across concurrent gigawatt sites.

We seek leaders who can set takt time, drive continuous improvement and coach teams across sites.

Qualifications

• You've run a production system based on Toyota Production System or a direct derivative.
• You've set takt time on a real line and maintained it with actual cycle times.
• You've reduced cycle time or defect rate and quantified the before/after.
• You've halted a line when standards were not met and enforced discipline.
• You've developed a supplier on the shop floor and improved incoming quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the production system from module fabrication through field energization.
• Drive line balance and takt time with standard work and first-pass yield targets.
• Lead kaizen events and value stream mapping with on-site crews.
• Coach engineers and site leads in A3 problem solving across the organization.
