Fluidstack in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced production systems professional to own the end-to-end manufacturing flow for power module fabrication, installation, and energization. You will set takt time, balance lines, drive install rate, and reduce rework while coaching teams using A3 problem solving to ensure the site delivers gigawatt-scale builds efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience running a production system built on Toyota Production System or a derivative.
• Set takt time and line balance with standard work on a real line.
• Cut cycle time or defect rate and quantify improvements.
• Stopped a line when standards were not met and enforced corrective actions.
• Developed suppliers on their floor and improved incoming quality.

Responsabilités

• Own the production system behind Fluidstack's generation builds, from module fabrication through field energization.
• Set takt time and line balance, maintaining standard work and first-pass yield targets.
• Drive install rate and reduce rework through kaizen events with on-site crews.
• Audit suppliers, implement fixes on the floor, and fold improvements into design via change control.
• Teach the method to engineers, site leads, and contractors using A3 problem solving.
