Fluidstack in San Francisco is seeking a production leader to own the systems behind generation, storage and compute modules. You will manage from module fabrication through field energization, coordinating across teams to deliver gigawatt-scale blocks on schedule.

The role rewards TPS lineage, line balancing, kaizen events and A3 problem solving. You will drive supplier development, cut cycle times, stop lines when standards drop, and communicate clearly with site crews and executives.

Competenze

• Experience running a TPS-based production system or derivative.
• Ability to set takt time on a real line and maintain it under demand.
• Proven record of reducing cycle time or defects with data-driven changes.
• Known ability to halt a line when standards are not met and enforce stop-work.
• Experience developing suppliers on their floor to improve quality.
• Strong writing and cross-team communication skills using A3 methods.

Mansioni

• Own the production system from module fabrication through field energization.
• Set takt time and line balance for manufacturing, enforcing standard work.
• Drive install rate and reduce rework via kaizen events with crews on site.
• Audit suppliers, deploy process improvements, and fold fixes into design.
• Coach engineers and site leads through A3 problem solving, ensuring repeatable results.
