Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Engineering Manager for on-site leadership of the Engineering Services team across a variety of building systems. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and proactive maintenance while coordinating with client teams and vendors to meet service objectives.

You will lead daily operations, guide chiefs engineers, and drive continuous improvements in equipment performance and regulatory compliance within a nuclear-adjacent environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in building repair, maintenance, plumbing, and electrical.
• Ability to analyze systems, determine causes of problems, and take corrective action.
• Strong computer skills with CMMS, procurement systems, and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and people skills.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must climb up to 30 ft ladders.
• Daily and frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening.
• US citizen or eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No disqualifying criminal record.
• This position does not provide visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Engineering Services at the site.
• Oversee operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and controls systems.
• Coordinate with Hard Services Lead, Soft Services Lead, and Integrated Facilities Manager.
• Manage work orders in Corrigo for Client scope and staffing.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and training across teams.
• Review contractor activities and deliveries to ensure quality.
