Job summary

TAS Environmental Services, LP is seeking a Director of Environmental, Health & Safety Solutions to lead company-wide EHS strategy across multiple facilities and states. You will drive environmental compliance activities, safety programs, and risk mitigation while partnering with Operations, Fleet, Risk, and Executives to ensure consistency and accountability.

The role requires over a decade of EHS leadership, expertise in OSHA/EPA/DOT requirements, and a track record of building scalable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EHS leadership in environmental services or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, RCRA, SPCC and permitting requirements.
• Experience managing multi-site regulatory compliance programs and safety initiatives.
• Ability to develop scalable enterprise-wide EHS systems and programs.
• Experience supporting high-risk operations and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide EHS strategy across all facilities and divisions.
• Oversee environmental compliance programs for air, wastewater, stormwater, SPCC and waste handling.
• Develop centralized systems for tracking permits, inspections, actions, renewals and commitments.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Partner with operational leadership to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Drive continual improvement to reduce incidents and strengthen safety performance.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections, internal audits, and agency responses.
• Develop standardized EHS policies and frameworks for consistency across locations.
• Provide executive visibility via reporting, metrics, and trend analysis.
• Embed environmental and safety requirements in new services, facilities, and projects.
