Job summary

AIR Control Concepts seeks a Director of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to lead AIR's enterprise safety strategy across 55+ operating companies in the United States and Canada. The role partners with Presidents, Regional Vice Presidents, HR, Risk, Fleet, Facilities, and Executives to build a world-class safety culture and ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local compliance.

The Director will standardize safety programs, drive training, reduce injuries and costs, and support growth through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site safety programs across dispersed operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and Canadian safety regulations.
• Experience in private equity-backed environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise safety strategy across all operating companies.
• Standardize safety policies and training enterprise-wide.
• Drive incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and safety governance.
• Partner with operations on risk management and cost reduction.
