Texas Capital seeks a senior leader to drive the Diversified Industries Corporate Banking group from its Dallas base. You will shape strategy, lead a high-performing team, and expand client relationships on a national scale while ensuring risk controls and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 15+ years in senior leadership within corporate banking, deep industry knowledge, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration across risk, product, and client teams.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in corporate banking or equivalent on a national scale.
• Deep knowledge of the financial services industry, trends, and future development.
• Ability to maintain and enhance the standing of Texas Capital’s Diversified Corporate Banking team.
• Experience in strategy, product, consulting, or business development roles; multi-area experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and influence internal and external partners across disciplines.
• Demonstrated leadership credentials, including leading through change.

Responsabilidades

• Take ultimate responsibility for overall business performance, growth, and profitability of the Diversified Industries group.
• Develop and execute a long-term strategy and build engagement around the vision for the Diversified Industries Corporate Banking group.
• Drive performance and growth while managing risk and compliance against quarterly and annual targets.
• Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Relationship Managers and juniors.
• Structure the organization to achieve objectives efficiently and effectively.
• Foster client relationships across Texas Capital, coordinating with Investment Bank and other units.
• Nurture key client relationships to expand business opportunities and portfolio scope.
• Collaborate with credit and product teams to ensure strong credit quality and deal processing.
• Partner with Product Executives to maintain holistic client coverage.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
