Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Diversified Industries Relationship Manager in Dallas to develop and manage a portfolio of diversified banking clients across multiple industries. You will deliver comprehensive financial solutions, drive revenue growth, and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include sourcing new clients, expanding existing relationships, performing credit analyses, structuring facilities, presenting proposals, and coordinating with product, credit, and operations teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of corporate banking relationship management experience.
• Strong understanding of financial products for diversified clients (C&I loans, real estate, treasury management).
• Exceptional credit analysis and underwriting skills.
• Ability to originate, structure, and close complex commercial banking transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales acumen.
• FINRA licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new diversified banking clients.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio, understanding clients' financial needs.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across loans, deposits, treasury management, and more.
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to assess creditworthiness.
• Prepare and present comprehensive credit proposals to internal teams.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of financial products with clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic financial guidance.
• Collaborate with product, credit, and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement risk mitigation.
• Represent the bank at industry events and cultivate new leads.
