You will develop long-range plans, attract and develop top relationships, and partner with credit and product teams to deliver holistic client coverage while maintaining compliance and enterprise risk standards.

Qualifications

• Significant 15+ years senior leadership in corporate banking.
• Detailed knowledge of the financial services industry (history, trends, and future development).
• Experience in strategy, product, consulting, or business development; leading across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Diversified Industries group with ultimate responsibility for performance, growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute a long-term strategy for the business and align with the vision and risk framework.
• Drive quarterly and annual performance targets while managing risk and compliance.
• Attract, retain, and develop a diverse, high-performing team of corporate relationship managers.
• Structure the organization to achieve objectives efficiently and effectively.
• Drive client relationships across Texas Capital with top-tier names and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage key client relationships to broaden the portfolio and opportunities.
• Focus on needs of Corporate customers on a national scale.
• Partner with the credit team to maintain strong credit quality and deal processing.
• Collaborate with Product Executives for holistic client coverage.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
