You will identify new clients, grow existing relationships, and collaborate with product, credit, and operations teams to tailor loans, treasury services, and other offerings while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• MBA preferred for advanced roles in relationship management.
• 7–10 years in corporate banking relationship management with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to identify, attract, and onboard diversified banking clients across industries.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio, understand client needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for loans, deposits, treasury management, and more.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence to assess creditworthiness.
• Prepare and present credit proposals, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic financial guidance and market insights.
• Collaborate with product specialists, credit officers, and operations to deliver seamless service.
