Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks an experienced corporate banking professional to deepen client relationships and lead lending opportunities. You will ensure coverage across clients, coordinate with product partners, and manage deal flow from diligence through closing.

Required are 5+ years in corporate banking, credit analysis, and portfolio management, with strong communication and organizational skills. MBA/CFA preferred; Salesforce and MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field/experience required.
• MBA or CFA preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Salesforce and MS Office; strong communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Embrace the Texas Capital Sales Excellence process to ensure coverage and align with product partners on banking solutions.
• Support and serve as liaison between Analysts/Associates and Sr. Bankers, managing deal flow and junior team capacity.
• Lead diligence, identify risks, review credit screens and balance sheet items, and ensure timely closing and documentation.
