Job summary

The role requires aligning strategic projects with organizational goals and delivering measurable business value. The officer will manage the enterprise project portfolio, establish prioritization and governance, and oversee capacity planning to balance demand and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in banking, operations, project management, business transformation, or related areas.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business units.
• Project management or process improvement certifications (PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Bank's digital transformation efforts by coordinating strategic initiatives that improve business processes, customer experiences, employee experiences, and operational effectiveness.
• Partners with executive leadership and department leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformation opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
• Establishes and maintains an enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance process.
• Manages the Bank's transformation project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and available resources.
• Oversees capacity planning across departments to balance project demand, resource availability, and business priorities.
• Initiates and facilitates project execution by assembling project teams, developing project plans, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
• Tracks project performance, milestones, risks, issues, and resource utilization, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Collaborates with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and vendor partners to support successful project delivery.
