Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks a Lead Digital Transformation Officer to spearhead the bank's digital initiatives and coordinate enterprise projects across business units, technology, operations, and executive leadership.

You will identify, prioritize, and drive strategic programs that improve efficiency, customer and employee experiences, and support growth, with governance over the project portfolio and resource capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for senior leadership.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in banking, operations, PM, transformation or related areas.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation efforts across the bank by coordinating strategic initiatives.
• Partner with executives to identify and prioritize transformation opportunities.
• Establish and maintain enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance.
• Manage transformation project portfolios and resource capacity planning.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment with goals.
• Develop and maintain project management standards, reporting, and governance.
