Job summary

Truist seeks a visionary Head of Digital Assets to define and execute an enterprise-wide product strategy for digital assets within Enterprise Payments. You will lead the evaluation, development, and governance of digital asset capabilities across Wholesale, Commercial, and Corporate Banking clients, aligning with Truist’s growth and risk framework.

Responsibilities include enterprise-wide strategy, ecosystem governance, and executive stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, tech, economics, or engineering.
15+ years in financial services, payments, fintech, or product management.
10+ years leading product teams and enterprise-scale initiatives.
Experience with payments, treasury, fintech, or digital asset products.
Executive-level stakeholder engagement and strategic initiatives.
Experience managing large-scale transformations and commercialization.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year Digital Assets roadmap aligned with Enterprise Payments strategy.
Monitor blockchain, tokenization, CBDCs, stablecoins, digital identity, and new payment rails.
Lead governance, partnerships, and vendor selection for digital asset solutions.
Drive product lifecycle from concept to scale and commercialize offerings.
