Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a motivated, analytical professional to help develop and establish Digital Asset solutions. You will work across the Digital Assets product team to support strategy, governance, business planning, and commercialization efforts.

The role requires strong problem solving, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a willingness to grow expertise in digital assets and emerging payments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services, banking, payments, fintech, product management, consulting or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environment where priorities may evolve.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-level presentations and materials.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other standard business tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Assets team across strategy, product development, governance, and business management priorities.
• Conduct market, competitive and industry research on digital assets, stablecoins, tokenization and related emerging technologies.
• Analyze market trends, client needs and industry developments and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Support development of strategy materials, business cases, presentations and executive-level communications.
• Assist with product development activities, including requirements gathering, roadmap tracking, documentation and project coordination.
• Support risk and governance activities, including assessment, approvals, and action items.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Support commercialization and launch activities for new Digital Asset solutions.
• Take on ad hoc strategic and analytical projects to support senior leadership and broader Digital Assets team.
