Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in program/portfolio management or equivalent
• Extensive experience operating in Agile environments
• Exceptional meeting, conflict management and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Execute the demand intake process with stakeholders to clearly define ideas for review and prioritization
• Lead intake ceremonies and provide regular progress updates to leaders and requestors
• Build strong relationships with digital/platform leads and architects to support PI planning and roadmap development
• Ensure alignment of intake ideas with established strategic priorities (annual and quarterly)
• Lead complex projects and serve as a subject matter expert to senior leadership
