Job summary

Truist seeks a visionary Head of Digital Assets to define and execute an enterprise-wide strategy across Wholesale, Commercial, and Corporate Banking. You will lead blockchain, tokenization, stablecoin, and digital identity initiatives, translating market opportunities into scalable client-focused solutions while aligning with risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, economics, engineering, or related discipline.
15+ years of experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or product management.
10+ years leading product teams and enterprise-scale initiatives.
Demonstrated experience developing payments, treasury, fintech, or digital financial products.
Experience leading executive-level stakeholder engagement and strategic initiatives.
Experience managing large-scale transformations and commercialization efforts.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year Digital Assets roadmap aligned with Enterprise Payments strategy.
Monitor industry developments across blockchain, tokenization, CBDCs, stablecoins, digital identity, and emerging payment rails.
Establish strategic priorities and investment recommendations for digital asset capabilities.
Lead governance, risk, and regulatory alignment for digital asset initiatives.
Partner with sales teams to translate client needs into product enhancements.
Represent Truist at industry conferences, consortiums, and market forums.
