Job summary

EVERFI is seeking a Head of Data Products to define and evolve the data product vision in alignment with SaaS growth and enterprise strategy. You will partner with the SVP of Product, CTO, and COO to shape the operating model for data product management, analytics, reporting, and research.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, own the roadmap, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales and Operations while championing data governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field plus 7+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or product management
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams across data, analytics and research
• Experience turning complex data into clear, executive-friendly narratives
• Strong governance skills: data quality, definitions, ethics, and responsible data use
• Familiarity with product analytics tooling and data visualization platforms such as Sigma, Tableau or Looker

• Define and evolve the strategic direction for the Product Data function
• Create operating model for data product management, analytics, reporting, and research
• Champion a data-informed culture with shared definitions and evidence-based decisions
• Directly manage and grow the Product Data team, set performance expectations, and drive reviews and promotions
• Own a prioritized, outcome-oriented roadmap aligned to high-value business decisions
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales and Operations
• Establish data governance standards and translate data into product decisions at scale
