Job summary

Fortrea seeks a Senior Director of Product Management (Data & AI) to define and execute our enterprise Data & AI product strategy. You will own the portfolio, set multi-year roadmaps, and partner with Engineering, Data, and Security to deliver high-impact solutions that align with corporate objectives.

You will lead a team of Product Managers, drive governance, and ensure value realization through rigorous investment prioritization and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product Management, Technology Leadership, Data & Analytics, Digital Products, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise product portfolios, product organizations, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define, drive, and deliver enterprise Data & AI product strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate with Engineering, Data, AI, Enterprise Architecture, and Security teams.
• Establish product governance, value realization frameworks, and measurement of portfolio performance.
• Drive investment prioritization, budgeting, and portfolio management across data, analytics, and AI products.
• Ensure alignment of data, analytics, AI, reporting, and platform products with business goals.
• Communicate strategy and value to executives and stakeholders while building strong partnerships.
