Job summary

DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Senior VP of Data Management to design, plan, monitor, and improve the organization’s data management functions. The role requires deep technical and business insight to align data initiatives with strategic value and regulatory requirements.

You will lead governance, data lifecycle management, and analytics capabilities while guiding a high-growth team. This remote/hybrid position reports to the CFO and involves travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience directing a Data Management operation
• Proven ability to design and deliver multi-platform data initiatives across integration patterns
• Knowledge of DAMA DMBOK disciplines and data governance frameworks

Responsibilities

• Set a data strategy, governance, and operating model
• Align data initiatives to business needs and value
• Identify growth, efficiency, and cost-saving opportunities
• Define org structure, goals, and KPIs
• Ensure regulatory, security, and compliance alignment
• Drive enterprise data and analytics capabilities
• Oversee full data lifecycle and governance
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and delivery accountability frameworks
• Support SAFe 6.0 and ITIL process execution
