Job summary

Partner Company in a remote-friendly role seeks a Data Product Lead to shape data strategy, align analytics with product roadmaps, and coach a growing team. You will turn complex data into actionable insights and guide the data roadmap in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

Applicants should have 6+ years in data analytics or data product management, expert SQL, and hands-on dashboard experience with Omni/Superset. Crypto/DeFi familiarity is a plus in this high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product mgmt; leadership experience.
• Expert-level SQL skills to query and validate data independently.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards with BI tools (Omni, Superset).
• Strong business sense with track record of driving revenue and growth.
• Technical depth to discuss data warehouses, pipelines, models.
• Excellent stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Crypto/DeFi experience or understanding of cross-chain, wallets.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own data team's priorities, intake, triage and planning rituals.
• Do hands-on analysis, build dashboards and business cases.
• Prepare insights for recurring reports (weekly, MBR).
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define tracking plans.
• Translate questions into specs, metrics, acceptance criteria.
• Review analyses and datasets for accuracy before sharing.
• Coach and develop data team members.
• Co-own the data roadmap with Data Tech Lead.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue and growth.
