Job summary

Compass is seeking a Vice President of Data Products & Solutions to own and transform its data estate into a dual-function product engine for internal enablement and external commercial products. You will lead value engineering, data visualization, and data ethics while driving EBITDA and external revenue.

You will work closely with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to build a world-class data product organization, delivering measurable impact and strategic advantage for Compass

Qualifications

10+ years in Product Management with VP/exec data product leadership experience.
Track record of converting data orgs into direct revenue.
Fluency in modern data stack architecture (Databricks, BigQuery, Kafka, dbt, API design).

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy, and P&L across internal enablement and external commercial products.
Lead value engineering to design solutions with clear unit economics and ROI.
Set high standards for data visualization and UX across all product surfaces.
Maintain data ethics and agent trust while enabling external data monetization.
Partner with C-suite and cross-functional leaders to embed data products in decisions.
