Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Data Product Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis to own the data product strategy and lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate needs into scalable, user-friendly enterprise solutions.

You will define KPIs, oversee analytics staff, and ensure governance and adoption of data products across the organization, with a focus on operational excellence and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in data product management or related technical/business roles.
• Proficient in SQL or Python.
• Experience with modern data architecture (data mesh, lakehouse, etc) and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data product strategy and roadmap for FP&A enterprise products.
• Direct oversight for data analysts and end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Act as bridge between business and engineering; SME for data products.
