Job summary

Everfi, Inc. is seeking a strategic Head of Data Products to build and lead a high-impact team at the intersection of data product management, product analytics, research, AI-generated insights, and data governance.

This senior role reports to the SVP of Product and shapes how the organization understands and uses data. The role is 100% remote with a base salary range of $160,000–$175,000, eligibility for the Corporate Bonus Plan, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or product management.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams across data, analytics, and research.
• Strong data storytelling skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Set and Own the Strategic Vision for the Product Data function.
• Lead and develop the newly formed Product Data team and career paths.
• Drive an outcome-oriented roadmap aligned to high-value business decisions.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales and Operations.
• Champion governance, data quality, research ethics, and responsible data use.
