HPI Real Estate Services and Investments seeks a Vice President of Construction and Development to lead strategic oversight of commercial construction, redevelopment, tenant improvements, and development.

You will guide projects from planning and budgeting through design, permitting, construction, and turnover, partnering with executives, asset management, leasing, and finance to maximize property value and tenant satisfaction.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field preferred.

Mansioni

Lead construction and development strategies aligned with corporate objectives and investment plans.
Provide leadership and oversight to construction and development personnel and external partners.
Oversee budgeting, costs, schedules, and procurements across projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants through design, permitting, and delivery.
Manage project handoffs to property management and ensure documentation and training readiness.
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
Collaborate with leasing, asset management, finance, and operations to align initiatives.
Maintain standardized project reporting and KPIs; track permits and deadlines.
