TheHiveCareers is seeking an accomplished President to lead a diversified Construction & Real Estate organization in the United States. The role involves strategic growth, operational excellence, and P&L accountability across construction, development, and investments.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of senior leadership experience, a proven track record managing large-scale operations, and strong relationships with boards and financial partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in construction, real estate, property development, or related sector.
• Previous experience as President, CEO, Managing Director, COO, or equivalent.
• Proven track record managing significant P&L and large multidisciplinary organizations.
• Strong experience in construction operations and/or real estate development.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, and strategic expansion.
• Experience engaging Boards, investors, banks, and major clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and translate strategic vision into annual and long-term plans.
• Oversee revenue, profitability, cash flow, budgeting, and capital allocation.
• Supervise construction operations and ensure safety, schedule, budget adherence.
• Direct real estate development, financing, approvals, construction, and asset disposition.
• Lead business development and negotiate major contracts and partnerships.
• Evaluate investments and ensure alignment with risk appetite and returns.
• Establish governance, risk management, and internal controls across units.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing executive team and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
• Engage with government authorities, investors, lenders, clients, and partners.
