Job summary

Onvo, Inc. seeks a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Construction to lead all construction and capital improvement projects across its hospitality, fuel, and retail brands.

This executive will drive planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery, partnering with senior leaders to maximize asset value and operational excellence. The role requires oversight of complex, multi-site programs with a focus on safety, compliance, and on-time completion within budget.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years progressive construction experience, including oversight of multi-site commercial development.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing construction teams and large capital programs.
• PMP certification preferred; LEED accreditation a plus; strong contracts/reading of plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all construction, renovation, expansion, and capital improvement projects across Onvo brands.
• Oversee design, permitting, bidding, and turnover phases; manage budgets, schedules, quality, and safety.
• Negotiate contracts with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers.
• Provide executive updates on performance, budgets, risks, and timelines; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Facilities, Real Estate, Finance, and Leadership teams to deliver projects successfully.
