Job summary
MPI is seeking an accomplished leader to head the construction division within Enclave's real estate platform serving the Midwest and Mountain West. You will shape long-term strategies, align with corporate objectives, and guide development, construction, and property management decisions.
As a key member of the Executive Team, you will drive project delivery, oversee budgeting and profitability, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in real estate development and construction.
- 5+ years in senior management or executive leadership.
- National construction experience in commercial or multifamily sectors.
- OSHA 30 Certification required; PMP/CCM/LEED/PE certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term strategies for the construction division.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.
- Collaborate with executives on Enclave's long-range plan and strategic roadmap.
- Function as internal expert on construction trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Monitor project progress, cost projections, and profitability.
