Qualifications

Proven experience as President, CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent.
Demonstrated success managing a large P&L and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong track record in construction operations and real estate development.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion.
Experience with Boards, investors, banks, and major clients.

Responsibilities

Lead the company’s operations and execute strategic objectives.
Translate board vision into annual and long-term plans with KPIs.
Drive revenue, profitability, and capital allocation decisions.
Oversee construction portfolio delivery, safety, budget, and governance.
Steer real estate development, land acquisition, financing, and asset disposition.
