ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Vice President to lead and improve a high-performing commissioning division. The role oversees project delivery alignment, financial monitoring, and quality control across engineering and construction functions.

It requires extensive experience in building systems, strong communication, and strategic leadership. The VP will mentor Directors and Project Managers, establish budgets, drive business opportunities, and strengthen client relations while coordinating

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience with building construction, preferably mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and CxAlloy for commissioning tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry knowledge of competitors and market context.
• ANSI Commissioning Certification Credentials (e.g. BCCB, ACG, ASHRAE).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate alignment of internal operational aspects of project delivery.
• Partner with accounting leadership to monitor financials.
• Ensure quality control for commissioning approach and deliverables.
• Develop efficient organizational structure with knowledge, skills, and succession planning.
• Drive cross-organizational communication with commissioning, engineering and construction leaders.
• Mentor Directors and Project Managers in business planning and analytics.
• Establish budget controls and manage project changes to optimize cost/benefit.
• Strengthen client relationships through daily operations.
• Conduct contract negotiations, management, and interviews.
• Oversee workload forecasting, staffing and performance management.
• Develop commissioning initiatives identified during strategic planning.
• Liaise with leadership on global account management and internal communications.
