Job summary

You will mentor commissioning directors and project managers, establish budget controls, drive client relationships, coordinate with engineering, construction and finance leaders, and develop strategies for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and commissioning software such as CxAlloy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate alignment of internal operational aspects for successful project delivery.
• Mentor Commissioning Directors and Project Managers in business planning and analytics.
• Establish budget controls and monitor cost/benefit performance.
• Develop and execute commissioning initiatives identified in strategic planning.
• Drive client relationships and coordinate with engineering, construction and finance leaders.
