Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Vice President of Commissioning to lead and optimize best practices, procedures, and systems for a profitable commissioning division. You will oversee a broad suite of responsibilities from project alignment to client relationship management.

Qualified candidates bring 15+ years in building construction, strong communication, and ANSI commissioning credentials. Expect travel 25–40% and collaboration with engineering, construction, and accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience with building construction preferred, especially mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and/or testing, adjusting, and balancing.
• Proficient in using software to accomplish work tasks such as Microsoft Word, Excel and online commissioning software such as CxAlloy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.
• ANSI Commissioning Certification Credentials (e.g. BCCB, ACG, ASHRAE)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the alignment of internal operational aspects of successful project delivery.
• Partner with key accounting leadership to monitor financial aspects of business operations.
• Ensure quality control for commissioning approach and deliverables.
• Develop efficient organizational structure and succession planning to support growth.
• Drive cross-functional communication with commissioning, engineering and construction leaders.
• Mentor Directors and Project Managers in business and project analytics.
• Establish budget controls; coordinate project and process changes to optimize cost/benefit.
• Strengthen client relationships by managing day-to-day operations.
