ENFRA LLC is seeking a Commissioning Vice President to lead and optimize the commissioning division, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and profitability. The role emphasizes staff development, financial stewardship, and expansive client engagement.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in building construction, with strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning standards, and industry certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience with building construction, preferably mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Proficient in software to accomplish tasks such as Microsoft Word, Excel and CxAlloy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• ANSI Commissioning Certification Credentials (e.g. BCCB, ACG, ASHRAE).
• Preferred: PMI PMP Certification and Professional Engineer (PE) License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate alignment of internal operational aspects of project delivery.
• Partner with accounting leadership to monitor financial aspects of operations.
• Ensure quality control for commissioning approach and deliverables.
• Develop efficient organizational structure and succession plans.
• Drive cross-functional communication across commissioning, engineering and construction leaders.
• Mentor Commissioning Directors and Project Managers in business planning and analytics.
• Establish budget controls and manage project cost/benefit ratio.
• Strengthen client relationships and drive day-to-day operations.
• Conduct contract negotiation and project interviews.
• Oversee workload forecasting, staffing, and performance management.
• Develop commissioning initiatives identified during strategic planning.
