ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Vice President to lead and optimize the commissioning division, aligning projects, budgets, and quality standards. You will drive strategic initiatives, mentor leaders, and coordinate with engineering, construction, and accounting teams to deliver profitable outcomes.

Travel 25-40% to job sites and offices is expected; the role is full-time in Houston, TX. A strong background in mechanical/electrical/PLB systems and ANSI commissioning credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience with building construction, especially MEP systems.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and commissioning software such as CxAlloy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to tackle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• ANSI Commissioning Certification Credentials (e.g. BCCB, ACG, ASHRAE).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the alignment of internal operational aspects of successful project delivery.
• Partner with key accounting leadership to monitor financial aspects of operations.
• Ensure quality control for commissioning approach and deliverables.
• Develop efficient organizational structure and succession planning.
• Drive consistent communication across the organization with engineering and construction leads.
• Mentor Directors and Project Managers in business plans and analytics.
• Establish budget controls and manage project/process changes to improve cost/benefit.
• Strengthen client relationships and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Conduct contract negotiation, management and project interviews.
• Oversee workload forecasting, staffing and performance management.
• Develop commissioning initiatives identified during strategic planning.
• Serve as liaison with global account management, marketing and internal communications.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commissioning market.
