Job summary

Rhythm Energy is searching for a Head of C&I to drive the growth of its Commercial & Industrial business. This role involves full P&L ownership and the responsibility to design and execute the business strategy. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the ERCOT market, experience scaling a C&I business, and a strong track record in customer acquisition and product pricing. This position offers significant authority to influence the direction of Rhythm’s innovative commercial energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience building or materially scaling a C&I business inside a competitive energy supplier.
• Deep understanding of ERCOT and Texas competitive supplier experience preferred.
• Successful track record in designing offers, setting pricing, and managing P&L.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and market entry for C&I business.
• Build a direct, digitally enabled acquisition motion for SMB and mid-market.
• Define C&I offer architecture and lead product commercialization.
